|  Bassetlaw, Newark and Sherwood Community Safety Partnership Creating Safer and Stronger Communities August 1st 1998 saw the introduction of the Crime and Disorder Act The Act requires that partnerships be set up at a district level to tackle crime and disorder and improve community safety.
