Our Active Card is a district-wide discount card which gives you special benefits at leisure centres, museums, theatre and local events.

To apply for an Active card, download the form opposite.

Receive discounted rates on selected activities, priority booking and no need to pay in advance on certain activities, access to bookings by phone and on-line, advance notice of new activities and promotions, concessionary discounts where applicable.

Cards cost £2 for Newark and Sherwood residents and £5 for non-residents.
