Newark and Sherwood District Council are working in partnership with Nottingham Credit Union to establish credit union services in the district. Nottingham Credit Union is a co-operative not for profit organisation, that supports low income and financially vulnerable people and communities across Nottinghamshire.
By providing access to fair, affordable, ethical financial products and services, households have a choice and no longer need to enter into agreements with high cost credit providers when seeking a loan to help them with essential spending needs.
