Meeting Room Hire at the Gilstrap Gallery
Daily hire 10am-4pm and 6pm-9pm excluding bank holidays and Christmas day, Boxing day and New year’s day.
Maximum seating capacity 50 chairs in lecture style or 8 people around 2 round tables.
Charges are applied by the hour so part thereof will be regarded as one complete hour.
An additional charge of £10 will be applied to all bookings for room setting.
Day Time Hire Charges 10am-4pm
- For registered charities £10 per hour or part thereof.
- For Charities day hire is available at £50 per day for 10am to 4pm.
- For other groups £20 per hour or part thereof.
- For other groups day hire is available at £75 per day for 10am to 4pm.
Evening Hire Charges 6pm-9pm
- For registered charities £15 per hour or part thereof.
- For other groups £25 per hour or part thereof.
- Evening hire 4pm-6pm subject to availability

The charges should be paid in advance at Millgate Museum by cash/cheque/credit or debit card.
Tickets for events can be sold through Millgate Museum’s EPOS system but will be subject to a 15% commission charge.
