Spend a haunting 'Night at the museum' - meet the Doctor, travel through time treading the darkened corridors of the Museum and listen to thrilling stories of ghostly goings on, poison, passion and murder!

Our 'Night at the museum' ghost tour can be booked by individuals or groups of up to 20 people.

This is an event for people of all ages but please note there are lots of stairs and darkened areas to negotiate.

Tours are held from September to March and cost £1.50 per adult and £1 per child.

If you are looking for a night out with a difference with clubs, friends or family we can offer a variety of activities from ghost tours, art and craft workshops, Resource Centre tours and mystery quizzes.

If you are exhibiting in one of our galleries you are welcome to hold a private viewing.

You can hold your own lectures, meetings, children’s parties or events. Projector, screen and flip chart are available for use. We have a music and alcohol license.

Hot and cold drinks and snacks are for sale at very reasonable prices.
