Did you know you can now book Newark Millgate Museum on a Wednesday evenings for exclusive use by your family, group, club or society?

If you are looking for a night out with a difference with clubs, friends or family we can offer a variety of activities from ghost tours, art and craft workshops, Resource Centre tours and mystery quizzes.

If you are exhibiting in one of our galleries you are welcome to hold a private viewing.

You can hold your own lectures, meetings, children’s parties or events. Projector, screen and flip chart are available for use. We have a music and alcohol license.

Hot and cold drinks and snacks are for sale at very reasonable prices.

Hire a meeting room

The Stage 2 Gallery and Meeting Room is available to hire to groups or individuals.

You can hire the room for meetings or workshops on an hourly basis.

A flip chart can be hired for half a day or a full day. Tea and coffee can also be provided.

Maximum occupancy is 20 but we recommend 15 to be comfortable. There is a sink behind a partition for use if required.

You can also bring your own food.

Please note, the Stage 2 meeting room  is on the second floor and there is no lift.
