The Government has announced that, from April 2013, Council Tax Benefit will be abolished. Instead, councils will run a local Council Tax Support Scheme.

The council must consult with residents on these proposals and publish details of the final scheme by January 31st 2013.

We want everyone to have the opportunity to have their say. Questionnaires will be delivered to all households in the district.
