You can submit a customer comment online or download a form (in PDF) and post it in. We have also created 'Your guide to our services' a leaflet which may help you put your customer comment together. Customer Comments Monitoring The council monitors all feedback it receives through the customer comments scheme. We learn about what is important to you, how well you think we are doing, and what sorts of things you have felt it necessary to complain about and how we have dealt with this.
