Getting Around
- Driving. The District of Newark and Sherwood, located in the East Midlands, is easy to reach by road (M1 and A1). View the district map and How to Find Us as well as car park information that may be useful.
- Public Transport enables those without their own transport to travel around the district easily.
- Walking. The countryside provides beautiful landscapes and waymarked paths for both short and long distance walks.
- Cycling is another way to enjoy the picturesque surroundings and cycle hire is available in the area.
