We offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports and leisure facilities for the communities of Newark, Balderton and beyond.  The best way to assess our facilities is to come along and see for yourself. We are located next to the Grove School on London Road, between Newark and Balderton . We look forward to seeing you soon !

SWIMMING  There are two swimming pools and public swimming sessions include adults only, early morning, swim4fitness, parents and toddlers and everybody welcome. Classes and lessons include swimming for all ages and abilities.

GYM MEMBERSHIP  that won't cost you the earth. Our airconditioned gym has a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Book your introductory session with the qualified instructor.

FITNESS CLASSES  A wide range of sessions is available for the complete beginner to the advanced. Choose from Yoga, Spinning, Pilates and Aerobics to name but a few.

SPORTS  Our sports development unit assists with many of the activities on offer. Choose from Badminton, Squash, Gymnastics, Martial Arts and Football. 

HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES  Information for kids and holiday activity programmes.

CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY CLASSES Fun sessions for kids aged 2 -15 designed to encourage physical and social development.
