To use the service you will need a debit card or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards only - sorry we do not accept American Express.

Paying by direct debit helps us keep our collection costs down, which helps us keep your bills lower. 

Setting up a direct debit is easy!

Simply telephone our Customer Services Team on 01636 650000 or email customerservices@nsdc.info to supply your bank details, or if you wish to make any changes, and we will do the rest for you. 

Paying by telephone

You can pay for the following by telephone:

You can pay over the phone using a debit or credit card. Please call 01636 650000 and choose the option for our 24 hour automated payment line.

Parking fines / Fixed Penalty Notice

Rushcliffe Borough Council and Mansfield District Council carry out the administration of the garden waste collection services within the district.
