Our online payments service is provided by Santander's BillPay scheme on behalf of the council. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and you do not need to be a Santander account holder.

Paying online via Girobank is suitable for the following:

Council Tax
Housing Rents

To use the service you will need a debit card or credit card.

Planning applications
The on-line submission and payment of planning applications is now available from the Planning Portal.

Parking fines
Parking fines (Penalty Charge Notices) can be paid on-line via the Nottinghamshire County Council website

Paying by Direct Debit (Council Tax, Business Rates, Rents)

Paying by Direct Debit helps us keep our collection costs down, which helps us keep your bills lower.

Setting up a Direct Debit is easy. Simply telephone 01636 650000 to supply your bank details and our staff will do the rest for you. We also offer a choice in the days we will collect your payment.

Alternatively, you can download a Direct Debit form which you can return with your payment details.
