Entry to the Robin Hood Festival is free but there is a car parking charge of £5 per car. There is a small charge for certain activities such as "Have a Go" Archery and the outdoor theatre performances, but the majority of activities are free to enjoy.

Jousting and Falconry are among the many attractions. A free daily programme of events will be available on arrival at the forest.

Robin Hood Festival Robin Hood Pageant

Celebrations of the legend of Robin Hood also take place every year in the grounds of Nottingham Castle with the Robin Hood Pageant.

The event is held in October, featuring medieval entertainment for the whole family.
