You can pay over the phone using a debit or credit card.

 Our main offices are located at Kelham Hall.  

We are open 8.30am – 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.45pm on Fridays.

Please note that the offices close at 5.15pm Monday – Thursday and at 4.45pm Friday and any enquiries need to have finished by then.

We have three additional neighbourhood offices where you can make payments and get help and assistance with your council tax, benefits and housing queries.
