Public Consultation – Tuesday 16 February to Sunday 7 March 2021
Newark Creates: A High Street Heritage Action Zone project
‘Newark Creates’ is a 3 year cultural programme that forms part of Newark’s Heritage Action Zone Project.
We, along with Inspire, are carrying out a public consultation to help us learn more about who you are, what you already engage in with regards Newark’s cultural activities and how we can shape Newark for the future, promoting and celebrating our heritage, our story and our culture. We want to understand what residents and visitors to Newark would like to see in our town centre to help us provide the best possible experience for them. The survey should take around five minutes to complete. Anything you tell us will be kept confidential, is anonymous and will only be used for research purposes. The information you provide is being collected by Newark and Sherwood District Council on behalf of Inspire, the lead project partner and will only be shared within the Cultural Consortium and processed in accordance with GDPR. Results will be collated and fed back into plans to help shape the future cultural offer in Newark.
Update 8 March: Thank you to all who completed the survey. The results are now being analysed and will inform the cultural consortium’s approach to developing a programme.
