Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Big Draw

The Big Draw is the world's biggest drawing festival and takes place throughout October each year.

The Big Draw is for anyone who loves to draw, as well as those who think they can't! Each year there is a theme and this year's theme celebrates PLAY and it’s role in creativity.

The Arts Team at Newark and Sherwood District Council is joining up with the Newark and Sherwood Community Hub to provide free family drawing workshops in two of the district's community centres.

You can use your imagination to create bright and beautiful pieces of artwork using crayons, chalks, stamps and rollers, anything except a pencil. Let your imagination run free to create something fun and quirky.

All ages and abilities welcome.
