There are many opportunities to play tennis in Newark and Sherwood.

Sherwood Avenue Park - the tennis courts cost £2 per hour to hire for adults, £1 per hour for children, and work on a first come, first served basis. There is a ticket meter on site. The courts are open from dawn to dusk and are floodlit, however, there is a small charge for play under the lights and it is by prior arrangement only or via Newark Tennis Club.

Kelham Hall -Three tennis courts available at just £5 per person. Please call 01636 980 000 to book your match time or call in at our main reception (open from 9am to 6pm daily) or e-mail events@kelham-hall.com.

Dukeries Academy, Ollerton - the courts are £5 per hour and to book please call 01623 860545 (courts are available after 5.30pm during term time and all through the day during school holidays).
