This service is, in view of the Coronavirus, currently only being operated via the phone between 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday. From week commencing Monday 23rd June, this service will only operate 2pm to 5pm Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (with no service on Wednesday) until further notice. However it is important for you to be aware that we will not offer any advice which must be obtained through a formal application process and may advise you to use our pre-application advice service for which a formal submission and fee is required.
