Community Repaint Scheme

Paint tins should never be thrown out with regular rubbish. Unless the tins are empty or contain only solid paint. Liquid paint can cause problems when it mixes with other rubbish and can spill onto roads.

FREE paint on offer for residents and community groups in Nottinghamshire

Nottinghamshire residents and community groups are being offered the opportunity to collect free paint - thanks to the Community RePaint scheme run by Veolia (Nottinghamshire County Council’s waste contractors)

Community RePaint Nottinghamshire is hosted at a number of Recycling Centres including Newark on Brunel Drive.

Free paint is be available to collect on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
A collection slot must be booked in advance

For Residents between April and September at slots 6pm to 7.35pm

For Community Groups at slots between 9am to 12 mid day
book a collection slot at: www.veolia.co.uk/nottinghamshire/CommunityGroupPaint

As usual when visiting a Recycling Centre please wear sturdy, closed toe footwear and it’s a good idea to bring bags or boxes to protect your vehicle when transporting the paint home.
