Ashtanga Yoga
This demanding practice requires considerable effort. It focuses on strengthening your body and getting you fit.
Ashtanga is a dynamic yoga practice centred on mental concentration and breathing. It develops strength stamina and agility in equal measure.
Classes
Chris Paris has been authorised to teach this method by his teacher, the worlds foremost exponent of the system Sharath Jois, grandson of the founder of the system, in Mysore India.
Chris currently teaches two morning classes starting from 7am Tuesday and Thursday, as well as a led class Tuesday evenings.
