Healthy Start
Healthy Start helps families on a low income give their children access to essential, nutritious foods. If you are eligible, you can receive regular payments to spend on items such as milk, fruit, vegetables and infant formula, as well as free vitamins to support your child’s development.

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is part of Nottinghamshire County Council’s school aged childcare offer. HAF supports the wellbeing of children between 5 and 16 years by providing a variety of activities and food during school holidays.

Your Health Notts
Your Health Notts is run by the Nottinghamshire Integrated Wellbeing Service. They provide free, friendly support to help families make healthier lifestyle choices and improve overall wellbeing. One of their programmes is FAB – Food Activity Balance, support for the whole family to get fit and healthy together.
Young Carers Notts
Young Carers Notts helps children and young adult carers to take a break and receive information, advice and support about caring
Tu Vida support unpaid carers and the people they care for including young carers providing individualised support and respite.
Oral health support
Nottinghamshire’s Oral Health Improvement Team organise activities such as supervised toothbrushing schemes, education sessions and targeted support in areas of greatest need help prevent tooth decay.
Nottinghamshire County – Community Dental Services
