The Amended Allocations and Development Management DPD (AADMDPD), along with its supporting documents, has been examined by an independent planning inspector.
The Council published the Inspectors Report on Thursday 6 August 2026

Next steps
The receipt and publication of the Inspectors’ Report now marks the completion of the Examination process. We will now formally adopt the DPD at our Full Council Meeting on 20 October 2026.
Examination Library
The Examination Library includes all the documents submitted to the Secretary of State and also includes all the Examination Stage Documents. This includes subsequent statements and other relevant correspondence issued after submission of the draft Amended Allocations and Development Management DPD.
