Duty planner service

If you can't find the answer to your question on our website, you can also call our duty planner service on 01636 650 000 to talk to a member of the team for advice on your development.

Our service operates Monday to Friday each week between 2pm and 5pm via phone. If, as part of that conversation, the planner considers that a meeting would be beneficial, one will be suggested. This will preferably be by Microsoft Teams (information can still be shared via screen) or within the office at Castle House in Newark. The date and time for the meeting will be arranged with you as part of the phone call.

This service will not offer any advice which must be obtained through a formal application process. The planner may advise you to use our pre-application advice service for which a formal submission and fee is required.
