The service allows you to search and view detailed information of valid applications submitted to the authority using a number of criteria, including reference number, application type and address. You can also search using a map as well as track the progress and submit comments online relating to applications being considered (users must register on the system to track applications).
Please note that once the consultation period for comments has expired, the Council is at liberty to determine the application. However, if the application has not been decided (refer to Decision Made Date), it may still be possible to make comments. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org (include the application reference on all correspondence). Further information regarding commenting on a planning application can be found on our website.
What planning application information is available? - Information includes a full description of the proposal, the type and status of the application and important dates such as the date of receipt, validation and date of decision. Plans and documents can currently be viewed for planning applications submitted from April 2005.
Documents for all newly-validated applications will be online within 5 working days of receipt of a valid application and at the start of the consultation period.
The website may not represent the full register, therefore please contact our Customer Services Team to confirm all details are correct.
What appeals information is available? - You can search, using the advanced search facility for applications where an appeal has been lodged and a decision issued. Information including status, decision and documents may be available to view.
