Track and Trace allows you to be notified when you’ve been exposed to cases of COVID-19 so that you can take precautions earlier and help stop the spread.

If you’re contacted by NHS Test and Trace

The NHS Test and Trace service uses text, email and phone to contact possible contacts. You will be told what to do when you’re contacted, but if you’re not sure you can refer to the government website 'Test and Trace' section.

Checking in to venues

The easiest way to check in to a venue is by using the NHS app. Venues should display a QR code for you to scan when you visit. They should also offer a paper based system if you don’t have a smartphone available.
