You can pay over the phone using a debit or credit card. 

Newark and Sherwood Homes Limited manage and maintain council housing on behalf of the council. Please telephone them direct on 0845 258 5550

Our main offices are located at Kelham Hall. 

We have three additional neighbourhood offices where you can make payments and get help and assistance with your council tax, benefits and housing queries.

Opening times

We are open 8.30am – 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.45pm on Fridays.

Kelham Hall closes at 5.15pm Monday – Thursday and at 4.45pm Friday and any enquiries need to have finished by then. Should your enquiry be regarding council tax, business rates or benefits please note that any visit after 4.30pm Monday - Thursday or 4.00pm Friday is by pre-booked appointments only.
