We have a 24 hour telephone payment line. Please call 01636 650000 and choose option 6 for council tax, business rates, rents and sundry income payments. Please note, you can not make planning application payments using the 24 hour service.

Kelham Hall closes at 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and at 4.45pm on Friday and any enquiries need to have finished by then. Should your enquiry be regarding council tax, business rates or benefits please note that any visit after 4.30pm Monday to Thursday or 4.00pm on Friday is by pre-booked appointments only. Appointments are required for any visit regarding benefits. Please get in touch with us to book.
