Latest update as of 30 May 2025: On 9 May 2025, we provided an update in relation to development activity in Balderton.  A copy of this is available below. Since then, we have received a planning application from the occupiers on the site. The planning reference number is 25/00805/FULM and the application can be found on our website.

Members of the public are now able to comment and engage with the planning process and comments can be submitted on our website using the application link.  All planning applications are considered on an individual basis and in line with local and national planning policy.
