If you’re having problems paying bills and need some help, contact us as soon as possible to tell us about your situation, so we can try to help you. We can signpost you to local and national agencies that provide free, impartial advice.

We can also provide information on how you can claim any benefits you’re eligible for - so that you get any financial support you’re entitled to.
