District Council commemorates Holocaust Memorial Day with remembrance service

Newark and Sherwood District Council and Newark Town Council led a small ceremony today to honour the victims of genocide as part of Holocaust Memorial Day. The remembrance service was held at the Irena Sendler statue on London Road in Newark.
