How to apply

The person who would be named on the concession license should complete the application form [61kb]

Applications are open until midday on Friday 20 March 2026. If you have any questions please email matthew.adey@newark-sherwooddc.gov.uk

Successful applications

The successful applicant will have exclusive rights to operate on the selected site for the duration of the license (with exception of events).

Further information about the terms and conditions of the license are upon request.

What happens next?

A final decision on all applications will be made by Wednesday 25 March.

If the concession is awarded to you, there is an admin fee of £150 to pay when you sign the license. You are responsible for any extra costs throughout the license such as utilities and waste disposal.
