We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of MyHome, our innovative new housing management system designed to enhance our online service for our tenants.

What's new?

MyHome offers a seamless and modern approach to managing all aspects of your tenancy. From rent payments and repair requests to communication with our housing services team, MyHome is here to make your life easier.

When the new system is live, you will have a service that:

  • is user friendly with improved self-service functionality giving you more control
  • has improved security for your personal information
  • can work well on various devices

Transition period

As we prepare to launch MyHome in the summer, there is a brief transition period to ensure our staff are fully trained and ready to assist you. During this time, you may notice some changes in how we deliver online services. Currently, our housing register and online repair reporting service is temporarily offline while MyAccount is has been closed in preparation to change to MyHome. If you need to raise a repair or have questions about your tenancy, please call us at 01636 650 000 and select option 4.
